COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – January 12, 2010 – Ramtron International Corporation (Nasdaq: RMTR), the leading developer and supplier of nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM) and integrated semiconductor products, today announced that it has agreed to expand its global sales reach with Montreal-based Future Electronics to include key markets in Europe, Japan, and Asia. The agreement authorizes Future Electronics to globally distribute Ramtron’s full line of F-RAM memory devices and integrated products.
